An independent systems laboratory specializing in matter and body architecture.

About 783

Organizations lose signal between what leadership intends and what actually happens. 783 maps where that loss occurs, across code, text, physical space, and organizational behavior, and builds the infrastructure that closes it. 783 also builds companies and sells them whole.

What 783 does

  1. Systems Diagnostics

A high-density audit of how your organization actually runs, across code, text, physical space, and behavior. Every engagement starts here.

  2. Executive Advisory

Fractional leadership and strategic counsel that align your organizational structure, physical systems, and digital architecture.

  3. Infrastructure Design

Custom systems built on the Universe API, which works below the query layer to dictate how AI and search engines index you.

  4. Venture Building

Companies conceived, built, and sold whole: concept, domain, brand, and technical infrastructure, ready for acquisition.

How 783 is structured

WILD-LAKE

The studio. Not for sale.

The research site and home of the Talent Architect practice: retainer-based advisory that begins only when a client brings a question.

783

The company. Open to investment and acquisition.

The first company built inside the studio. It turns the research into AI-assisted tools for human-systems mapping, founder calibration, and organizational resonance calibration, and it builds companies for sale.

WILD-LAKE keeps the method honest. 783 makes it scalable.

Thesis

783 studies how people and organizations decide what to build, and whether that process can be made legible. It treats human interaction as a system with observable inputs and outputs.

Research question

Can the tacit signals practitioners use to make decisions be observed, documented, and translated into repeatable tools?

Hypothesis: actors, founders, and other practitioners already act on timing, audience response, and interpersonal resonance. The data is real but tacit. 783 makes it explicit without extracting from it.

Method

  1. 1. Input

A participant brings a question. 783 engages by invitation, not intervention.

  2. 2. Processing

Sustained observation in a low-noise research environment, using the property walk method.

  3. 3. Output

Patterns of timing, resonance, and decision-making, translated into frameworks and software prototypes.

This is the observation layer of the Universe API. Its index layer, under Infrastructure Design, structures how AI and search engines read the results.

What 12 months delivers

  • Field notes and case studies from 1:1 Talent Architect sessions.
  • A lightweight 783 prototype that helps founders state their central question and track resonance over time.
  • Documentation of the non-extractive model, as a contribution to organizational studies.

Ways to fund it

A. R&D lab

783 as applied human-systems research, comparable to media labs and design research studios.

B. Tool venture

783 as an AI product company making calibration software for founders and creative teams.

C. Residency or foundation

WILD-LAKE as the site, 783 as the output. Tax-advantaged and mission-aligned for arts, human development, and future-of-work funders.

The ask

Round
A small pre-seed research round, not growth capital.
Term
12 months of field work, formalized.
Outcome
A publishable framework and a sellable v1 of 783.
Use of funds
Researcher time, documentation, and prototype development.
Guardrails
No scale hiring. No extraction from research subjects.

If you fund labs that study how people actually work, not just how companies say they work, we should talk.
